About The Artist

Archibald Kordzaia (b. 1986) is a Georgian contemporary artist working in mixed-media assemblage, combining painting with ceramic elements on wooden panels. He studied at the Iakob Nikoladze Art School and later at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts.

Kordzaia’s work is characterized by bold color, expressive figuration, and a distinctive fusion of flat painting with sculptural form. His compositions often explore everyday scenes through a lens of irony and exaggeration, blending humor with underlying social and psychological tension.
